Day 5
So far in this new challege of not eathing any sugary & refinded foods, I am feeling good and am excited to continue in this challenge. I feel that even though in the last few days I’ve needed to make some adjustments and some resisting of some food temptations, I think that this way of life will be an amazing change. I lookforward to some of the new recipes that I will be trying and of course sharing with all of you and I look forward to what physical and mental changes this way of eating will bring to my family and myself. For those of you who will be following along, keep up the good work, if you fall short, pick yourself up and continue pushing forward. Tell yourself that your worth being beautiful/handsome, healthy and strong. I will be posting more recipes with this challenge and i hope that you enjoy eating healthier and becoming a better you! 😉
