Homemade Veggie Broth 2020
- I am starting off the New Year 2020, with an extreme health conscious mind. To start off my new year I was faced with several incidents which place me in bad positions, where death could have been a possibility. So, to put things into perspective, I re-evaluated my eating habits. Even though I have been a vegetarian for 20 years, I feel that I need to make improvements. I started my re-evaluation journey to really read what ingredients are in the products that I buy. WOW! Let me tell you, there is a lot of junk out there. Even if it says vegan, it has a lot of bad preservatives and other ingredients that our bodies should never intake. Lots of sodium, lots of sugars, lots of words that I believe are made up and to say the least a lot of stuff that can cause so many unnecessary illnesses. So extreme health conscious mind what should I do? Well its very easy, make everything homemade!! So, to start off this year with a bang here is my very first: Homemade Veggie Broth 2020.
