Super healthy red and green romaine salad Prep Time: 15 mins. Serves: 6 Ingredients : (use organic, fresh ingredients, if possible) 1 Whole head of green/red romaine lettuce. Wash, and cut into slices 1 can of large black olives. Drained, slice 1 large cucumber. Wash skin, peel and slice 2 hand full of alfalfa sprouts Directions : Once all the vegetables are washed and cut. Mix all ingredients together and serve. Use your favorite salad dressing and Enjoy! ~ super yummy! MANGIA!!
