Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 Cup of vegan pancake mix
Water (add according to instructions for pancake mix)
1 spoon full peanut butter (or butter of choice)
1 tbsp. 100% organic maple syrup
¼ square of vegan butter or (1tsp. of vegan butter)
Directions:
Mix pancake mix with water until the consistency is solid and pasty but not clumpy (The mix should move about like pudding). Warm up a frying pan to medium heat and add butter, let butter melt and then add pancake mix on a little at a time, the pancakes in the pan should only be a small thin circle in your pan. Once it shows signs of small wholes on the top of the pancake its ready to turn over and cook on the other side. Once everything is nice and golden remove. Spread peanut butter on top of the pancake and add syrup. ENJOY! VEGAN PANCAKES HERE I COME!!! MANGIA!!!
